HOW TO GET HERE?
Parking:The festival is located in New Orleans at 6801 Franklin Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70122. Parking on-site will be free!
RIDE SHARE: Set your destination to 6871 Franklin Ave. Our official rideshare zone is conveniently located right in front of the Lakefront Arena

BAG POLICY: Small totes, backpacks, and fanny packs are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are clear and are 12"x6"x12" or smaller. No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags will be permitted. Hydration packs (i.e. CamelBaks) that are 1.5L or smaller (no pockets) and clutch purses/wallets that are 4.5"x6.5" or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome. Personal beach towel is allowed (you cannot use it to "hold spots" around you).

All areas of the festival accessible to the public are designed to be wheelchair-accessible, including parking, ticket sales, seating, restrooms, concessions, and the marketplace.

This is a GA standing only festival. There will be limited seating on a first-come, first served basis in VIP. The Chef’s table experience will have reserved seating for everyone who purchased a chef’s table ticket.

No. Food, beverages, and coolers are NOT allowed into the event. A variety of food and beverages will be on sale at the event.

Food: A variety will be for sale in the food village area.
Beverages: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on site.
Marketplace: Pop-Up Shops with arts & crafts, t-shirts, souvenir items, and gifts. Be sure to secure your FamiLee day Merch!
Activations: Non-for-profit organizations and sponsors.
Interactive Stations: Games, photos, and other surprises provided by sponsors.
Obstacle Course: A competitive obstacle course for all members of the family

This is a "rain or shine" show. The event will continue even if it rains.

The performance schedule will be available on the website.

Only service animals are allowed.

Small umbrellas are permitted but cannot be opened in the seating area.

No re-entry is permitted. Only in the event of a weather emergency will re-entry be permitted with your ticket when it is safe to return.

Tickets can be purchased onsite using a credit/debit card at the Box Office. Box office opens at 11AM (hour before gates).

ADA Parking is to the right of the admissions gate closest to the front. Less than 100' feet awy from the front gate.

Early Entry for VIP and VIP + Chef's Table starts at 12:00 PM CT
Look for the a separate entrance adjacent to main gate

This is a GA standing only festival. There will be limited seating on a first-come, first served basis in VIP. The Chef’s table experience includes reserved seating during your chosen reserved session timing.

Take Franklin Ave or Lakeshore Drive to the entrance as these roads have minimal or no roadwork being done.
• Carpool or Use Rideshare Services: Traveling in groups helps reduce congestion and traffic build-up around the event.
• Check Traffic Conditions Before You Leave: Stay updated on current road conditions and familiarize yourself with ongoing construction before heading to the festival here: https://gis.nola.gov/roadwork/
Please respect the surrounding neighborhood by obeying all traffic laws, following posted signage, and showing courtesy to local residents.
